feathers missing...whats wrong what do i do....shes 3 weeks old

I would watch it but most likely its nothing. The fuzz has to go away so feathers can come in. The other chickens might also be pulling out the feathers because of the "pecking order." Only worry if she is acting strangely or if it still looks like that after she is fully feathered at 6 weeks.
