    Hello! Im new here, and to chicken raising im general. So I need yalls help please =)

    I just got my first rooster but I have no idea what kind he might be! I fell in love with his colors and kind of just blindly bought him.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks =)

    Actually, it's an Easter Egger rather than a true Ameraucana. The spelling you used is one commonly used by hatcheries, etc to pass off EE as the true bred bird.

    I'd say an easter egger, but where did you get it?

    He looks like a home made ee(Easter egger) to me. He's very gamey shaped.. I'd guess he's an Ameracauna game cross,or second (+) generation ee mixed with game bird. Either way, he's gorgeous.
