Help please. Questions on SBOE.

Hi. I posted my SBOE the other day and three people said it was a boy. How do I be sure? I can find very little online about their characteristics unless I'm searching it wrong. I am newer to chickens. I found that girls can have red combs too. I also saw they only have red eyes. I'm getting confused and overwhelmed. I have a little girl in tears since we can't keep roosters and I want to be sure before I try to find a home for it. The sboe is 3 weeks old. Thank you!

Pullets don't pink up in the comb till they are near ready to lay. At three weeks old, your chick is male.

Thank you everyone! It hurts me, but we were able to rehome him with out having it end badly for him. That was my main goal if we couldn't have him.
