I have 5 chicks that were from an unsexed bin and I have 1 pullet that I'm not quite sure what she is. They are in their 5th week now. After doing some reading on here I'm thinking I have more roos than I want (and obviously they're my favorite) If you could help me I would greatly appreciate some insight. This is my first time having chickens and I'm loving them so far. I just can't keep any roosters. I already have nice farm homes set up for them once I figure out who's a roo for sure. Thanks!! This is the first Rhode Island Red. I'm kind of thinking this one may be a Roo. This is chick #2. We got them all at the same time but this one seems to be growing much slower than the others. In the last few days its just started getting more feathers coming in. I wish this was a Roo instead of the others, she picks on everyone and is very feisty This is my barred rock. I think she might be a she but she's always kind of off by herself and is one of the calmer ones. This is chick number 4 and my favorite... I'm thinking this is a Roo too... This is the last RIR... I kind of think this is a hen, and I'm really hoping to have at least 2 RIR hens. This is the pullet that I'm not quite sure what she is. I thought that they gave us 2 California Whites, but she doesn't look anything like the other California White I have. Thanks for all of your help!!!!
