My eggs have been in the incubator for a week know. Somehow the heat got turned way up, I think the cat leaned on it. However the heat was at 110 for several hours this afternoon :( I got the heat back where it should be, but are all of my eggs now dead? Should I keep incubating them or is it too late :( Someone please help, I am devastated! Thanks! Kim

If you said an hour maybe OK; much longer I doubt it.If it was truely 110...OUCH...Cat Hu are there any Kids around they just can not keep there hands off of stuff like that has been my experience... Candle them in a few days and check for life...Best of Luck...cva34

I had the same concern about my eggs also. I had the bulb that controls
the thermostat burn out and the temp in the incubator also went to 110F. I had
no idea how long it was at that temp as I was at work all day. I thought I had
lost my eggs to but I waited a few days and candled them and out of the
dozen I had in the incubator I only lost one. In the end the remaining 11 all hatched

So I would just carry on with the incubation and keep candling them over the
next few days and see what happens. If it was only a few hours you will
probably be OK
