Help please

I'm new to caring for chickens and found this on one of my girls' beaks. She is a white legged and was hatched early June. Any advise/instruction would be much appreciated. Let me know if the pic doesn't show bin new to this too.

Any thoughts on what I should try? She is acting fine...eating, drinking, energetic, etc.

Booger scab dirt? Have you tried wiping with a tissue?
