Help! Quail assisted hatched after shrink wrap. Now what?

Newby here. Two chicks got shrink wrapped. Helped them out. Both alive but they were zipping for over 24 hours. Now one of them is v lethargic and other is v active but stuck on its back even if I help to flip it, it goes back.
What should I do?
Hatched 30/40 mins ago.

Hi. Sadly they both didn’t make it to morning. Natures way. Thanks for the replies. I appreciate it. We have 5 hatched and healthy so hoping that’s enough for our little home small holding.

Do you have any Nutri-Drench or Save-a-Chick? Giving them a bit of that might perk them up.

You might try putting the 'flipper' in a shot glass or similar small glass, line the bottom with paper towel and put it in the incubator or hatcher. Force administer Nutri-Drench every 2 hours or 'Sav-a-Chick. If it's going to 'make it', you'll know in a day or 2 at most. If it's still flipping over after 2 days, then I would consider culling.

Lethargic one may perk up but will most likely need to cull the other. The flippers rarely recover
