While "she" doesn't look like a cockerel right now, Orpingtons often take quite a while to develop, so you may want to repost pictures at 8-10 weeks to get a better idea of gender.

I am brand new at this whole raising chickens thing. My Buff Orpington,Fern, is right around 4 weeks old and I need help with figuring out if she/he is a hen or a rooster. Her comb is small but it is starting to turn a bit pink. She has extremely long wings and has been getting her feathers really fast. Please help!
