So they are a bit over 3 weeks old now. I am feeling like out of the four chicks that I have three of them appear in my opinion so kind of look like a rooster and only one looks like she could possibly be a 10. I have two blue Cochin Bantam mixes and then I have to buff Orpingtons chicks. I think I'm only going to keep the buff Orpingtons because the blue cochins so far have been a pain in my butt. I just want to know if these are roosters or hens and that will let me know if I need to start looking now for the Roosters to find a home. Here are some pictures[IMG]

The first three pics I think are roosters and the last one is a hen. One buff orpingtons goon looks like it has a bigger comb but I'm not sure at what age the comb starts looking prominent in the hen or rooster with the breeds. According to the feathering method when the chicks were born the second blue coaching rooster picture or hen picture was supposed to be a hen she feathered out a lot faster and had all the signs of being a female and she was little but I mean the size of that comb is ridiculous

The buff on the wood perch has a less prominent looking comb so I think she is a hen but see the other buff comb? It looks bigger

First bird is definitely a cockerel
#2 would be on my watch list.
#3 - would like to see in another couple of weeks
#4 looks like a pullet at this point.
