On the blue bar across the top of this page is "Uploads." Click on that, then browse your computer for the picture you want to upload. Then tell it to submit. When it loads the picture, there will be two URL's under the picture. Right click the second URL, click on copy, open up the thread you want to post a picture in, and right click then hit paste. That should do it right there. Good luck!

I can not get the pictures posting part to work on the website...every tiem I click on insert image there is an error I go to click on browse and it does nothing

Get a photobucket account then. That is an easy way to put pictures in here. After you upload your pictures to photobucket, you can click on the "IMG Code" link, copy and paste it into your message here. Try clicking preview before you submit to make sure your picture goes in. I think you've already been doing that, but just wanted to point it out to be sure you knew.
