Help sexing my 5 week old platinum sussex

Hello, I think my 5 week old chook may be be a rooster any I only suspect from the tail and lack of feathers compared to the other hens.










The road island red and Spangled hamburg, we think are hens,

Can you get better pictures from the side and of the head showing the comb? From how big and pink the comb looks in that one picture + the slow feathering, I would suspect it is a roo.

This chook is fussy these are the best I could get.

At five weeks I would vote roo right now with that much pink comb on a Sussex, but it is still young to be sure.

I'd wait a couple more weeks just to be sure. Post more pics when the chick is around 6-8 weeks of age. Gender is usually more obvious then
