help sick chick!!! could be coccidiosis

2 days ago I got 3 chicks all 1 month old when I opened the door to let them out 1 of the chicks was not walking she had droopy wings and sleeps there like she has no strength not sure if its coccidiosis or not I found something in the coop like red poo nit sure from her but the other chicks are ok could be from her I gave her oregano should I give her some yogurt? PLEASE HELP ME FAST!!!

oh I also isolated her in a box with a cage as a run

Can you access medications? If so, then maybe try treating for coccidiosis but I'm not an expert in this field, but it seems like you need to do something ASAP. Giving yoghurt is fine, also vitamins (or even a bit of honey in water) would be good.

I have no honey but can I use sugar water and I don't like using medicine as the vets here don't sell or care for chickens much so I use natural herbs as medicine as it works for me but never had coccidiosis before I read the oregano and cinnamon is good for coccidiosis

where I live we don't sell medicated feed just regular feed I feed them fodder seeds or barley not sure the name is pls help me fast

If it's cocci you need to get Corrid (Amprolium) or Sulmet.

I cant get it because we don't sell stuff like this the vets only care for sheeps goats horse and cows so I guess natural stuff is my only medecine

she was so active yesterday not sure what happened to her it did rain on that day but then it got sunny and warm until now she was most active
