Help.. sick chicken

my sick chicken was fine last night but this morning both eyes where swollen shut with watery stuff coming outta the eyes and nose. what should i do? any idea whats going on? thks for your help/input

sounds like it might be some sort of respiratory disease? did you notice coughing, weezing, sneezing?
