Help sick hen

I'm not sure what's wrong with my hen she was laying down so I brought her inside she doesn't seem to want to move she is laying down on a fluffy blanket on the floor she seems to be eating her crout seems OK she hasn't thrown up and I haven't seen her poop yet does anyone have any idea of what this is? Update her poop is normal and she keeps shaking her head

How old is she? Has she been laying eggs? Could she be egg bound? You can poke one finger inside her vent an inch or so to feel for an egg (wear a disposable glove.) How does her crop feel? Does she move her legs and feet when you touch them? Is she drinking water? Head shaking can sometimes be a sign of a respiratory disease when accompanied by nasal drainage, watery eyes, or sneezing. It can also be a sign of an ear infection. Can you tell if she might be adjusting her crop?

I think her crop is ok her legs do move but not very much when she wants to get somewhere which she rarely dose she crawls. She has not layed an egg

Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Mareks can cause paralysis of one or both legs or wings. There are many causes of temporary lameness, such as dehydration or weakness from other diseases.

She is not egg bound and she's about three and has not been vaccinated, she hasn't walked for three days now and I'm starting to get worried do u know how long she would live if she had that disease?

She could have a problem from a reproductive issue such as internal laying, egg yolk peritonitis, or even cancer. Those can affect hens making it painful or difficult to walk, walk up right and waddle like a penguin, lose weight in their breast area, and have a poor appetite. Occasionally they can have ascites or fluid accumulation in the abdomen. These are very common. Here is some reading about those:

She layed an egg today! But has pretty much lost her appetite. She can stand but can't walk and she's not digestion well. Thank u so much for your help and I'll read the links

Try feeding some egg, tuna, or liver with her normal feed, and put some electrolytes in her water. Adding water to the feed with a little plain yogurt will make it more attractive.
