Help! Sick Hen

Its been very cold these past few days and i noticed my silver duckwing hen had not finished her food and all she wanted to do was sleep. she has a hunched posture, isn't walking around, and isn't tucking her wings close to her body. I've brought her inside to get her warm and she doesn't seem to be improving. If someone can tell me what to do i'd be most grateful!

How old is she? Is she having any diarrhea, or any reddish droppings? Has she been wormed? Try to get her to eat some chopped up egg, and if you have some SaveAChick electrolytes, I would put them in her water.

I have no idea of her age, she was given to me last month. her poop ranges from normal to dark greenish poo, but she hasn't had any grass cause i've kept her separated from my flock. I managed to give her some electrolytes and she began acting better an hour later, but she is still sleeping a lot. I worry if i put her back outside she decline again. I haven't wormed her yet, but i plan to asap. thanks
