Can you make a video of her walking? Upload it to youtube, then provide us a link.

How old is your Silkie?
Have you looked on the bottom of the foot to make sure there are no scabs or any debris stuck in the folds of the foot?
Any swelling at the hock/knee or joints?
What do you feed your Silkie?

I would restrict her activity for a few days and get some poultry vitamins that contain vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) into her. Alternatively you can give 1/2 tablet human B-Complex to her daily for a week to see if that makes a difference.

@Wyorp Rock it is around 5-6 months old no scabs or anything stuck in it no swelling it is fed on chicken pellets these are the best u can get in my area
I would first restrict her activity for a few days to see if it gets better.
She may have something else going on, but hopefully she just sprained it.
