Help! Still cannot fix impacted crop

Hello,
I followed the instructions here and did 2 tsp of coconut oil followed by massage 2 times now then gave dulcolax, massaged, coconut oil for the 3rd time and massage. No luck. My hen’s crop is still impacted. Her crop fills my palm when I hold it and the smell coming from her is indicative of sour crop.
What else can I do for her to try and get this unclogged?

4-5 days ago. I knew something was wrong with her but I couldn’t forgive out what it was. Now it is so obvious.

It is squishy. It feels fibrous and gritty.

Are you checking it first thing in the morning? Is it puffy or is it impacted? Sour crop usually feels puffy, but an impacted crop may fell doughy or hard. How old is your hen, and does she still lay eggs? Could you see a vet if this doesn’t resolve soon?

I recently had a hen with sour crop who has since recovered.
I called my vet hoping to get some Nystatin to treat it. My vet recommended inserting a tube down into her crop (as if you were tube feeding) and use a syringe to draw up the nasty liquid. Then she recommended "rinsing" with clean water. I continued treating her for several days with monistat cream to get rid of the yeast/fungal infection. Once I finished with the monistat cream I added probiotics to her food.
She had access to water at all times. I let her eat, then withheld food until her crop had mostly emptied, then would feed again.
At her lowest she was down to 3lbs1oz. Now she's back up to 5lbs.

I checked it first thing in the morning. It is the size of a baseball-firm and squishy. I held food today but gave water and used coconut oil, massage and repeated several times then gave dulcolax. No change. She smells so bad, is lethargic and just sits on the floor of the pen I have her isolated in.
She is 2.5yrs old and not laying right now.
I can bring her to my dog’s vet but they only euthanize. They do not treat. There are no avian vets around here.
