Help! Swollen face

Hey everyone, this morning I noticed one of my girls is extremely swollen under her eye, and only one eye. I've been observing her all day and she is running around, eating and drinking as normal, her poop is normal and doesn't seem like anything is wrong. She's about 20-24 weeks (bought from a rescue so they had no clue). Can anyone help me figure out if I need to be worried or get antibiotics or anything that will help her

She's also not sneezing or yawning, she isn't shaking her head around, she doesn't have nasal discharge or foamy eyes either.
