Help w/ Chicken Pecking Eggs

Hi!

It's been nearly two months since I've had my new chicken - I have a total of 2. After the newer one lays an egg, the other chicken gets up into the nesting area and pecks the egg but does not eat it (she does not do this to her own eggs). Sometimes I can pick up the egg right after she lays, but I usually come to find a cracked egg if I'm not there right away. Any ideas on how I could stop the pecking? Thank you!

Roll out nests, or plenty of fakes (so she doesn't get rewarded for pecking, as they won't crack).

I have been looking into these but was worried they wouldn't work very well. Do you have one you reccomend?
