Help!! What’s coming out of her vent?

My sweet Polish bantam hen was perfect yesterday and just noticed today she was standing off to herself. I picked her up and saw this!! Looks like something coming out of her vent. Please help! What is wrong with her and what can I do to help her?

Oh that looks no good, never saw that before sorry I cannot help. I love my polish bantams.
I hope she get's better

Solved this one on my own!! Figured I’d post an update just in case anyone else has the same problem.

I’m just glad I realized sooner than later. I gave my hen Ella a bath and pulled what looks like a soft shelled egg out from her...must have broken inside. Better up the calcium! Hope no damage has been done and she’s feeling better tomorrow. Her vent looks clean after I removed the broken egg shell during her bath.

Great news nice work! Good to know she's ok (but yes hopefully no damage)
To be honest I was just thinking that it might have been an egg that broke inside of her, I had no idea what else it could be.

She seems to be feeling better already!! I think I found it before there was a large blockage or an infection could begin...

Thank you!! I recently introduced some 11 week olds to the flock so switched from layer to an all flock grower feed...and I supplement with oyster shell. I guess it’s not enough. I have to figure out a better way to get the older girls more calcium so this doesn’t happen again!

Update: Ella was 100% perfect today....like nothing ever happened. What a relief!
