My chick has this, what seems to be air filled growth right above it's wing? Anyone?
Not sure - how old is your chick? Sometimes the newbies are still absorbing things from the shell when they are very young.
I am not sure but it looks like what my frizzle had on her back. It looked like a growth. I posted it on the disease thread and someone said it was an oil gland and to leave it alone. I did and the hen is fine.

The chick is 2 weeks old and this just popped up today. I can tell it is like an air bubble! It also goes around to it's chest.

Mine was in only one little spot. So I really dont know. Curious as to what that could be.
I figured out it was a ruptured air sac. Luckily it went away this morning! Yayyy!!
