Help with 12 wk old polish

Okay I'm feeling very weak I'm sick to my stomach and we have not euthanize this bird yet can someone please give me a method to put this bird to sleep quickly I just I'm freaking out

This has to happen tonight I don't have a ton of those things and not making the gas chamber somebody just please tell me it's okay I need reassurance this bird is suffering he's been seizure ring and not doing well and has not eaten it's awful
