Help with breed and sex? Wyandotte roo?

    Welcome to BYC - so glad you've joined us.

    How old is this bird and where did you get it from? Definitely not Wyandotte - wrong build, comb type and leg color. The red patches on the shoulders point towards cockerel as do, assuming the bird is the same age as the others in the photo, the comb and wattle size and color.

    Looks like it has a butter cup comb. (Wyandotte have rose combs) The only breed with a butter cup comb is a Sicilian Butter cup and the coloring matches the breed. Hope this helps :)

    It is a Sicilian Buttercup... Looks like a cockerel possibly... Agree, age of bird would help on that ;)
