help with HOA info in houston tx!

    Im pretty sure im not allowed to raised chickens in my area..but im going to try anyways....i only have 3 babies and thats all ill want until i move out to where i can have them. but how would i know the exact law and etc for having chickens in my neighborhood??

    First, you need to know city and zoning code regarding chickens on your property. Then you need to look at any CC&R or rules relating to them in your HOA documents.

    Google is your friend! Search "city and zoning code Houston TX 77070". But if the HOA doesn't allow them, you may be in for some disappointment. Once those documents are signed, it's an arduous process to change them.
