Help with Ova Easy 380 Turner motor

I broke my turning motor and am getting ready to tear into it. What is the best way to get to the motor and what is it that typically breaks? Can I order the motor directly from Brinsea? I did not see any links. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
