Help with sexing barred plymouth rock

Hi can someone maybe suggest what sex my 6 week old barred plymouth rock might be. I found him to be what looked like a silent crow?

Any help would be great

He or she is cute . You may be right. It does look like a "he".

Thanks. I was confident it was a 'she' as it has dark feet and colour. Then I saw what looked like an attempt to crow...

It is too yough to tell for shore. Roosters must be at least 3 months old to start crowing. It would be very unlikely for it to crow before that, and certainly not at that age.

It could have been yawning. mine do that some times, and it does look some what like a silent crow. Good luck! Hope it's a pullet.

I'm thinking rooster for now. A bird crowing at this age would definitely be a male.

He (or she) does look rather masculine. I still think a crow at this age would be very unlikely.
