Help with type of chicken

Hello, I have a chicken that is ment to be a light Sussex, not sure on the sex, but it has a white body with a brown neck and where the neck and body join it has small black feathers I have tried to add a photo but will not let me

X2 on getting a photo up. Trying to ID a chicken without a photo is like shooting in the dark. Good luck in getting a pic up for us to look at. )
