    Agreed with Rod. If they won't fess up, hold back on the treats. They'll cave.

    Probably are. Statistics show roosters commit more crimes then hens.. I think it's due to to poor education in our rooster community.

    A tax increase for rooster education has been proposed, but the head hens are hesitant to approve.
