Help!

Okay, so I went out this morning to feed my chickens and one of my Orpington Buffs was doing this. She won't move unless I move her, and when I do she goes right back to this position. I moved her over to the feed and she did eat a little bit, and when I move her she does lift her neck but then she drops it right back down she was perfectly fine yesterday! Anyone have any idea what happened and what I can do to help her?! Thank you in advance!

Diagnosing thru pictures is hard to do. Can you give everyone some more details? Is she making any noises any discharge through the nasals? Anything else you can think of? She is showing signs of discomfort. Ruffled feathers, wings down, head low.

Feel of her crop, body and see if you notice anything out of the ordinary.
