I have a baby rooster and I don't know how to take care of him I THINK HE IS SICK PLEASE HELP

Are you sure he's not just preening himself? I don't see anything that looks concerning. Does he have access to sand or dirt, so he can dust bathe? Do you have other chicks to keep him company?

Is this what he is doing?

I don't know what to do take care of him I don't know how old he is he needs a good home and I don't know why he keeps knowing at his feathers though shaking a lot like his feathers are itchy or something
