HELP!!!

Okay so my roster has been acting different. He has this black stuff all over the top of his head. And his feet have been swollen we soaked his feet in epson salt but it’s still kinda swollen. Don’t know what to do PLEASE HELP.?!

And some of the hens faces are turning like that…. What do I do

Where are you located?
Have you checked for lice/mites? lift up neck feathers and you can see clusters nits at the shaft next to the skin.
Does he have bumble foot?
Are the scales in the legs lifted?
