OK, SO ONE OF THE CHICKS IS HATCHING!!

BUT IT IS ALL BLOODY INSIDE THE EGG SHELL< SO IS THE CHICK!!
WHAT IS WRONG?

had the blood dried up etc by then or... i see the crying guy ...did it die?

It should be fine as long as the yolk is absorbed fully. a little blood is normal when you crack an egg that isn't all dried out yet. Don't panic about the blood and just relax as long as the chick is still moving around good.
