HELP!

I think I made a huge mistake! I just bought a fifty pound bag of layer feed for my 8 week old pullets, I wasn't really paying attention and just saw the protein levels! Help! What do I do?

Just my opinion, but it shouldn't hurt them if you add it in slowly mixed with their normal feed, I wouldn't go exclusively with it until they are laying age

If you can afford to, go back and get a bag of chick starter and save the layer feed for when they are older and ready. It won't go bad by then and if you do need to feed some to them now they should be okay for a little while but I don't think I would feed the entire bag by its self to them. Too much calcium not enough protein.
