Found this lil girl/guy abandoned. I have no clue what Breed or gender it is help please!

It looks too young to be certain, but it looks like she may be a pullet, but I'm not 100% sure because he/she looks so young.

He/she could be an Ancona or a Speckled Sussex.

Adorable! I agree that it is a pullet. When she\he gets a little older, please post another picture of her and maybe someone can tell you what breed she is. She might be a mixed breed.

Too young to tell for sure. I'm leaning towards cockerel, though, based off of the stance and comb size. As for the breed, he/she may be part Cochin or Marans.
