HELP !!

I have a broody hen (yes at this time of year) and at the moment she has 9 of her own eggs under her. I don't really want silkie X chicks but i have eggs of my other hens such as maran, welsummer, pekin, sussex, brahma, .... do you think i should swap the eggs or do you think this will make her reject them.

I would swap them out. I would do it at night when she is asleep and only put as many eggs as she can cover. I have done this with my silkie cross hen with turkey eggs with no problems.
