First - isolate her from the rest of your flock
Second - thorough exam - note any/all discharge from any part of her body, are her eyes clear/cloudy - open/closed, what are her respirations like, what is the form of the excrement on her hind feathers-- color, consistency, smell, what color is her comb/wattle area - pale or normal, etc.
Third - keep warm & quiet while you sort out clues from the exam to find the cause so you can address it - in the mean time, supportive care meaning hydration an available food.

The color of the poop on her butt is dark brown her crown looks normal and so does her wattle and she looks bigger then normal i felt around her chest and it feels different its not hard like usually. Thanks for replying

Thanks for replying we will try bathing her and trying to clean it i think this may be what she has thank you

Internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis can be common at this age. Have you noticed any yellow poops or ones that resemble scrambled egg? Their poops can can colors to very runny with dark clumps. Another possibility could be enteritis from bacteria in the soil. It can cause lethargy and foul-smelling brown diarrhea. Here are a couple of links to read, just in case it isn't vent gleet:
