Hen and chickens are pecking each other

My hen Flick hatched 4 chicks around 6 weeks ago. Recently the chicks have started to peck at her and she has been pecking them as well. Is this something I should be worried about? Are they just determining the pecking order? Should I separate them? I don't want the chicks to get pecked to death. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm not sure. They follow her around and go outside with her. They can all jump and fly up onto some lower perches.

Momma is weaning them. Are they in with the flock?
