I have a year old hen and a 4-5 month old rooster. I have them in separate coops next to each other, but every time I let my grown hens out of their coop my one he goes over to the other coop and then they proceed to try and fight each other.
So my question is will my rooster and hen get along once the rooster is big enough to be let out of his coop or will they continue to try and fight? (I don't know if it matters, but my hen is an ameraucana and my rooster is a silkie)
