Hen attacked by hawk! Any suggestions on how to treat eye injuries?

I attached a picture of my hen. She has some scrapes under her eye and her eye is a bit swollen and and some pus (?) in the tear duct corner... I'm not sure what to do with her. I did use saline solution to rinse her eye but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help her out!

A small amount rubbed on and around the eye and injury every day, maybe 2xs a day. It's safe to use in the eye and has a texture similar to vaseline. Safe for use in chickens.
