hen bedding and vaccinations?

Does anyone know if it's ok to use pine, spruce, fir all mixed together for hen bedding instead of just straight pine? If its not ok can anyone please let me know why it's not good? Also is it necessary to get my hens vaccinated as I want to raise them naturally. Thanks for reading, Scott

You can use most any wood chips for bedding except cedar, and even that is debatable. Just be sure there are not a lot of fumes in the coop. If it's sufficiently ventilated, there shouldn't be.
