I see white under feathering, so RIR and Production Red is out of the question. The white eggs also throws it up in the air. It could very well be a mix. Chech out Hoover's Hatchery on their website, and order one of their free catalogs to see if you can't find your bird, or at least a mix of her.

RIRs do have Malay in their make up actually. This maybe a throwback situation.

Light brown occasionally laying rich dark brown.

I see some black feather leakage in her wing... not sure if that would play a role in finding out the breed.

Red Wheaten occasionally has black markings.

Wheaten Down can almost be white, but it's just a very light off whitish, brown color.

Red color, single comb, long, white legs, white eggs, and a long neck? What you have is a very mixed breed. There could be some Asiatic game type or modern game in her ancestry. If so, it is mixed in with probably several other breeds.
