I don't think there is much I can do for her - too far up to immobilize - clean break, hanging..... I suppose no hope for her w/ only one leg?
 
It may be far up but should still be able to be splinted. Take her away from the others in a small cage...dog crate, etc...and I would take her into the house. If she is confined it could heal on it's own. Just in case she is a little bit "shocky" give her some electrolytes and vitamins....and maybe some 'chicken soup'!!
