Hen Dying

I have 3 hens and just noticed one in the yard on its side with her eyes closed.
She is still breathing.
She takes a deep breath every 15 seconds. She has gooey saliva. She’s only about 1 year old. She tries to flap around every 2 minutes. Her neck is very floppy and seems paralysed. Any suggestions??

I've had chickens just drop dead. It happens fairly frequently as far as how chickens die. Sorry.
