Hen has clear fluid coming out of her mouth

My four-year-old hand has clear fluid coming out of her mouth. She is not eating today and couldn’t keep her head up like she was falling a sleep. Watery poop. Any suggestions

Sounds like a potential blockage. Have you felt her crop to see if it feels hard or over-full?

There are some good links to read about sour or impacted crop if you do a search or Google that. If the crop is large and puffy, sour crop may be a problem.

Okay so I read about this thing last night ..Possibly Water Belly According To The Fulid From Beak ..Or A Bad Sour Crop pls check her crop and belly if its squishy swallon or red . also look for poo if its looks like yellow yolk ..
