Hen hatched eggs... opinions on pecking..

This is not my first time having a hen hatch her own eggs. First of this clutch hatched last night. This morning, baby was already dry and peeking out from mama. While I was examining, mama kinda pecked at the chick twice. But seemed to be trying to push baby back underneath her.
My question: is it possible that she was “guiding” baby or do I need to remove the chicks from her?

She's telling it to stay put. If you needed to take them away, she would be grabbing and yanking at them, purposefully hurting them

Thank you! That was what my gut was telling me but then as I left for work, I started getting paranoid.

My chicks are 6 days old and mama will lightly peck them to instruct them. My other RIR though however is a bit more aggressive with them but only around food.

Don't worry, I have a hen that screams at her babies. I think she forgets they're under her and then one pops out

similar situation, but i guess she is more for guiding them. One funny thing is I found the chicks also pecking Mama hen from time to time
