hen having chicks...what next?

ok...so i decided to go ahead and let her sit on some eggs. It's been about 3 wks now so they could start hatching any time now. Never done this before. Do I need to get chick feed?What will I need to get? How well can she take care of them and in what ways will I need to assist? They are in a raised nest box. How and when will they need to come down? Vitals...feed, water, warmth. What do I need to do? Thanks for your help

Yes get some chick feed and separate her from your main flock and put the chick feed on the feeder and get a small waterer. I would put a ramp to the nest box or set it on the ground. Pretty much mama hen will do the rest! What type of chickens are they?
