hen is lathargic need help

One of my hens is just standing still flufed up and her eyes are closed and when there closed her eyelids are grey she molted about 6 months ago and hasn't really grown her feathers back and twitches her head every once in a while

Wonder if she has a neurological problem or vitamin deficiency. Molting can be very hard on birds, and they often need extra protein and other treats to help grow back their feathers.
