Hen just standing/sleeping on the floor?

I have one hen who is just standing on the floor... instead of sleeping in the roosts
(The eggs in the nesting boxes are fake)

She has been roosting before, there are 3 roosting bars, and theres plenty of roost space for 6 chickens

Have you tried moving her? This is the main reason why I like to get chicks used to roosts early on. It helps a lot when transitioning to the coop.

Buff Orpingtons, also my hen appears to squat, get back up and then squat. I can't tell which of my hens she is, because she might be at the bottom of the pecking order and didnt make it to the roosting bars in time to claim a spot.

Any bullies in the flock?
Any other symptoms? Is she acting weird? Check her over to see if she has any issues.

Edit: Check for mites/lice, leg issues, legthargy, and anything abnormal.

Are your roosts all the same height? Or varying heights?
