hen losing vision in 1 eye

I have a hen who is blind in one eye - white opaque look to it. got her when she was year or so old so don't know what caused blindness. vision in good eye was very sharp...until about a month ago. eye looks normal, no swelling, no oozing or anything. but she now has to hit-and-miss to feed off the ground. her water and feeder don't move & she finds them all right & she continues to lay but I'm concerned about her future. I only keep 2 hens and the older hen died in early April so want to add another. welcome any advice

There is another owner on here that has/had a totally blind chicken. You could do a search to see what she has to say.
