hen making horrible noises

It is dusk and the hens are in bed and I went to check on my silky Izzy and she is making horrible throaty growls, almost gurgly. She usually growls but not like this! She sounds like a frog is she okay??!!

Please help I cant even attach a video recording.
There was a mouse in her cage and I had to shoo the vermin out and I may have disturbed her but she's never sounded like this

My first thought would be a respiratory condition of some kind. This link may help -

I was thinking it could be a warning growl to the mouse but idk its sounded very strangled and strained....
